Share Your Vision
Tell us your style: stone preference (moissanite / LGD), metal (sterling silver / 14k gold), carat weight, setting, and any inspo images. WhatsApp, email, or walk into our store.
Design Consultation
Our team reviews your brief and schedules a free 30-minute consultation — in-store, call, or video. We present initial design directions and answer every question.
CAD Preview & Approval
A photorealistic 3D CAD render of your ring is shared for approval before a single stone is set. You see exactly what you’re getting. Changes at this stage are free.
Craftsmanship Begins
Once approved, your ring enters production. IGI / SGL / INGEMCO-certified stones are sourced and set by hand in your chosen metal. Regular WhatsApp updates keep you in the loop throughout.
Quality Check & Certification
Every piece passes a rigorous multi-point QC before dispatch — stone grade, setting security, metal hallmark, and finish. Your stone certificate is included in the delivery package.
Delivery or In-Store Pickup
Your ring ships fully insured with real-time tracking, or is ready for pickup at our Aminabad, Lucknow store. Premium packaging and a stone care card included with every order.
