Shipping policy

Processing time and conditions: 
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We typically take 3-4 days to deliver the orders once processed.
Pls note that some items may be custom-made on order, so it may take 2-4 weeks to ship and deliver! Pls reach us on WhatsApp +91921970714 for any issues!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact.thewokecollection@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

For custom orders, we will need 4 weeks to ship your pieces!!

COD ORDERS-

We understand how daunting it can be to purchase jewelry online.
But to prevent thefts and fraud, we have a small INR 489 booking fee for orders up to 20,000. (Deductible from total value)

Please note this 489 rupee amount is non-refundable! In case you cancel or are unable to collect your shipment!

Orders with a value of 20,000 and above, once placed, will be forwarded but not confirmed.
A sales associate will reach out via WhatsApp with your order details and request a deposit of 10-20% depending on the order value.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • All international orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days after order placement.
  • Standard shipping charges are applied at the time of checkout.
  • No COD orders will be processed for international shipments.
  • We accept all forms of payment modes, and if there is any issue with the payment you can reach out to us at contact.thewokecollection@gmail.com.
  • The standard time for delivery for all international pin codes is 7-8 working days. Exceptions may arise.
  • All customs and duties are already paid for.
  • We do not accept returns and exchanges for international orders.
