Refund policy
Returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges
- In case of manufacturing defects, customers can opt-in for a return or they can go ahead and exchange their jewellery for another one.
- Make sure you reach out to us via email within 72 hours of receiving your product to be eligible for an exchange or return. Requests beyond 72 hours will not be entertained.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly, write to our support team at contact.thewokecollection@gmail.com
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We require UNBOXING VIDEOS for the items to ensure it came in a broken/defected state.
- Products can only be returned under:
a.)Manufacturing defects (i.e., broken into pieces, loose stone, damaged stone, cracked ring
b.)The purity of the silver is not 92.5%.
The looks, feel and other issues will only be eligible for an exchange. For plating and other issues related to look and feel, only exchanges will be provided
- For issues pertaining to fit, "Plating colour mismatch", scratches, or any other problems apart from the above-mentioned ones, will be covered under exchange only.
- If the images shared by the customer are found to match the ones shared on the website, we will reserve the right to cancel the return and offer an exchange.
- The exchange will be provided or a customer can go ahead and take the store credit.
- Products carrying "Manufacturing defects" ordered under Flash sale, exclusive anniversary offers, etc., will be eligible for exchange only.
- Exchanged products if found defective or are carrying any other manufacturing defect, will be eligible for further “exchanges” only.
- Our store does not have any delivery commitment or guarantees. Some items may take 3-4 weeks to dispatch.
- NO GOLD AND DIAMOND ORDERS ARE RETURNED OR REFUNDED, IN CASE OF DEFECTS REPAIRS WILL BE DONE AND REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED.
- No refunds are issued for late deliveries.
- We do not have any order cancellation policies.
- Kindly allow us 5-10 working days to process your refund.
- Once your refund is initiated you will get a confirmation call as well as an email, confirming your refund.
- A customer can either request a refund for any of the valid cases as mentioned above or for a replacement. No alterations in the requests will be entertained post-confirmation. Once an exchange is issued and approved, the customer cannot ask the same order to be cancelled or modified.
- A maximum of one exchange is allowed per order.
Cancellation policy:
- Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once placed.
- Woke holds all rights to cancel any order for issues ranging from fraudulent behaviour to technical bugs to false information.
- For custom orders, cancellation is not available, returns or exchanges will not be allowed, and no refunds will be issued to customers.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized goods and broken or damaged goods after usage cannot be returned.
- No cancellation allowed for late deliveries. We do not have any “time bound commitments” or “delivery date guarantee” policy.
- If your piece is damaged or not at par, we will be happy to remake the pieces. For custom order no refunds are issued. Exchanges or redesign is possible!

2. Moissanites have GRA Certificates. And customers can opt in for dual certification via INGEMCO. The Lab grown diamonds and natural diamonds are IGI/GIA Certified.

1. Our jewelry comprises of Lab grown diamonds, Lab Moissanites and natural diamonds.
3. The base metal can be 6k/9k/14k/22k Gold and we also make jewelry in Silver, platinum and palladium.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- No refunds are issued for timeline related issues of orders.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items and gold items cannot be refunded,
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact.thewokecollection@gmail.com and send your item to C-86, Nirala Nagar, 226020, Near 8 no. roundabout, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return shipping
- To return your product, you should mail your product to C-86, Nirala Nagar, 226020, Near 8 no. roundabout, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226020
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
